ELAN Group recently hosted the first edition of ELAN Pulse, a company-wide townhall that brought together colleagues from all business units for a moment of meaningful connection, reflection, and shared purpose.

The event featured an inspiring message from our Managing Director, reaffirming ELAN’s commitment to growth, collaboration, and shared success. Two key employee initiatives—Fekraty, which encourages innovation, and Thank You, which promotes a culture of appreciation—were officially reactivated.

The open discussions that followed reflected the collective spirit of our teams and a shared dedication to transparency and teamwork.

Special recognition was also given to team members who have been with ELAN for more than 15 years, honoring their loyalty, dedication, and continued contributions.

ELAN Pulse marks a new chapter in how we connect, communicate, and grow as One ELAN—and will become an annual tradition that continues to strengthen our unity and culture.
